Pearl Masquerade Privacy Policy and Terms

Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Inc. values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us in connection with our exclusive, private event, the Pearl Masquerade on November 14, 2026.
1. Consent
By texting the join keyword to the designated number, you consent to receive event-related text messages including communications regarding your ticket, the confidential event location, arrival instructions, and important event updates.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, guest details, and ticket purchase confirmation. We may also collect any replies you send in response to our text messages.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information will be used solely for purposes related to this event, including:
- Verifying ticket purchases and guest registration.
- Sending event updates and important announcements.
- Texting the confidential event location on the day of the event.
- Providing arrival instructions and other essential event information.
4. Confidential Event Location
The event location is intentionally kept private until the day of the event and will only be shared by text message and email with confirmed, registered, and paid guests.
5. Text Message Communications
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You will receive one confirmation text after replying STOP and no further messages will be received unless you opt back in.
Text updates are sent through licensed carriers. We do not control carrier delivery and are therefore not responsible for delayed or failed delivery.
Text-message consent is separate from consent to receive marketing or fundraising communications.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent guest names, email addresses, or telephone numbers. Guest information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as ticketing, payment processing, and text messaging providers, only as reasonably necessary to administer the event.
We do not distribute guest lists or attendee information to other guests or outside organizations for independent marketing purposes.
7. Information Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect guest information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personal information will be retained only as reasonably necessary for event administration, financial recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements.

The program is for guests aged 18 and older.

We may update the privacy policy or these terms as the event plans develop. The latest version will always be displayed on this page and your continued participation demonstrates your acceptance of the latest version.
