Founded in 2020, the Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.  The Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Incorporated provides support and programs that advance and promote educational advancement, health and wellness, and economic empowerment in the Williamson County, Texas community.
